Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Zenovia R. Cooks is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gyfted Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping women with practical knowledge, resources, and opportunities to strengthen financial stability, advance professionally, pursue entrepreneurship and homeownership, and build lasting generational wealth.
With experience in housing navigation, case management, real estate, entrepreneurship, and community service, Zenovia brings a practical understanding of the barriers that can affect a woman's ability to achieve greater economic stability. Her work has included helping individuals and families navigate housing challenges, access community resources, prepare for homeownership, and develop strategies for greater personal and financial independence.
As a California REALTOR®, Zenovia's work in real estate complements her commitment to helping individuals and families understand property ownership as a potential pathway toward stability and generational wealth. Her entrepreneurial experience further informs Gyfted Inc.'s emphasis on ownership, business development, and economic opportunity.
Zenovia founded Gyfted Inc. with the belief that access to information alone is not enough. Individuals must also have opportunities to understand, apply, and build upon what they learn. This philosophy is reflected in the organization's guiding principle, “Applied Knowledge Is Power.”
Through Gyfted Inc., Zenovia continues to develop programs that combine education with practical application, including Women Advancing and the Financial Reset Program™, while building partnerships and resources designed to create sustainable opportunities for women and the communities they strengthen.

Audra Perez
Treasurer, Board of Directors
Audra Andrews-Perez is an Assistant Controller with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and a Master's in Accounting. She currently serves as Treasurer of Gyfted Inc, where she also teaches financial education. Audra has spent her career managing budgets and financial systems for major companies and realized along the way that everyday families are left behind by overcomplicated money advice. As an educator, she breaks personal finance down into simple, repeatable systems built on tracking, splitting, and automating cash flow. Her philosophy: if you can add and subtract, you can master your money. She helps individuals and families move past survival habits, take the stress out of money, and build lasting, generational wealth with calm and confidence.
Aujae Morse
Secretary, Board of Directors
Aujae Morse serves as Secretary of the Gyfted Inc. Board of Directors. A writer and Job Coach with previous experience as a Childcare Assistant, Aujae brings a unique perspective shaped by creativity, workforce development, and experience supporting others.
In her role as Board Secretary, Aujae supports the organization’s governance and administrative responsibilities while contributing to Gyfted Inc.’s mission of helping women strengthen their personal, professional, and economic futures.
Her background in writing and employment support complements Gyfted Inc.’s commitment to education, career development, and creating opportunities for women to move forward with purpose and confidence.
